Production Capabilities
Standard DTF transfers are produced on a CMYK-plus-white inkjet workflow onto PET film coated with a polyamide hot-melt adhesive. Color management is calibrated for vibrant on-garment output with wash durability rated for 50-plus cycles. Heat press at 300 to 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 seconds, hot or cold peel depending on the line.
UV DTF and the full specialty UV catalog, including raised UV patches, dimensional UV graphics, leatherette, luxury branding, and fauxbroidery, are produced on a UV LED cure system. The dimensional lines layer-cure acrylate ink to build 0.5 mm to 0.8 mm of tactile relief in a single pass. No digitizing, no thread color limits, no minimum stitch count.
File prep is handled in-house. We accept PNG (preferred, transparent background, 300 DPI), JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF. Production reviews every file for print-readiness before it goes to press. Production Stack
How We Produce
Standard DTF transfers are produced on CMYK plus white inkjet systems with polyamide hot melt adhesive powder. The print is cured at controlled temperature to set the adhesive into a continuous film bonded to the carrier. At the heat press, polyamide melts into the fabric weave and the print becomes part of the fabric, not a separate sticker layer.
UV DTF and specialty UV products are produced on UV LED cure systems. UV-curable acrylate inks are deposited in multiple layered passes to build dimensional height. The cure chemistry creates a permanent mechanical and chemical bond to the substrate.
Gang sheets are built by an in-house RIP and layout system that maximizes square-inch efficiency. Customers can submit pre-tiled artwork or use our gang sheet builder to assemble sheets in the browser.
All files are reviewed before production. White channel separation, color profile verification, and stroke minimum checks happen in-house. We flag and email decorators about any file issue before printing.
