Dimensional UV Graphic

A large-format raised UV print used to brand drinkware, hard goods, and rigid panels with tactile relief.

Definition

Dimensional UV graphics are raised UV prints produced for rigid substrates rather than apparel patches. The same layered UV cure process applies, but the output is sized and formatted for tumblers, mugs, leather panels, signage, and assembled goods. Heights typically run 0.3mm to 0.6mm depending on artwork complexity. Dimensional UV graphics give a brand the felt presence of an embossed label without requiring a debossing die or assembly tooling. The graphics apply via cold-peel adhesive or are integrated into product assembly during decoration. Sold per square inch at Long Island DTF Printing.
