Gang Sheet

A gang sheet is a single DTF transfer printed at a fixed width (14 inches at Long Island DTF Printing) and a chosen length, with multiple designs arranged side by side across the film. Decorators use gang sheets to combine many small jobs into one production run, reducing wasted film and lowering the cost per design. The customer arranges designs manually using a canvas builder or lets an auto-build tool nest them automatically. Each design is cut from the gang sheet at press time and applied individually. Gang sheets share the same flat $0.06 per square inch pricing as standard DTF, with sheet lengths of 24, 48, 72, 96, and 120 inches.
