Substrate Compatibility
Most decorated headwear uses cotton twill, polyester, or wool blend front panels. All recommended transfers bond to these materials. Some surfaces require care:
- Richardson 112 trucker: Cotton twill front. All transfers compatible.
- Yupoong / Flexfit structured: Polyester / wool. Use lower temp 285 to 295 F.

Production Workflow

Pre-press the panel for 3 to 5 seconds to remove moisture and flatten the surface before the transfer goes down.
