A 2 by 11 sleeve strip is 22 square inches, $1.32. Run a 60 piece capsule with a full front and a 3 by 3 sleeve hit and your transfer cost is $554.40 plus $32.40, about $9.78 of film per finished piece. Nothing gets rounded up into a size tier. You pay for the bounding box of the artwork and nothing else.
Packing a six design drop onto 14 inch sheets
DTF gang sheets are 14 inches wide at $0.06 per square inch of sheet area, in fixed lengths: 14x18 for $15.12, 14x24 for $20.16, 14x36 for $30.24, 14x48 for $40.32, 14x54 for $45.36, 14x72 for $60.48. Minimum spacing between designs is 0.25 inch. The rate matches a cut transfer, so what a sheet really charges you for is the empty space. A 3.5 inch square nests three across and nine down on a 14 by 36, giving 27 chest logos for $30.24. Mixed sizes pack far better than one repeated square. Run the auto-build packer on the site and look at the fill before you buy the length.
No minimum, so the sample run is a real order
There is no minimum on standard DTF transfers. That matters when you are proving a graphic before committing to 200 blanks. Six samples of a 9 by 12 front is 108 square inches each at $6.48, so $38.88 for the whole test. Three colorways pressed on three blank colors is the same small order. When one design sells through and two do not, you restock the winner in eights and twelves instead of reprinting a run nobody asked for. Print the film, press it, wash it, look at it, then decide. Screen setup charges make that loop expensive. Per square inch pricing does not.
The 3 PM Eastern handoff, and when it lands in Hudson County
An order placed by 3 PM Eastern on a business day is printed, inspected, packed and handed to the carrier that same business day. That is the standard service for everyone, not an upgrade and not a fee. After 3 PM, on a weekend or on a federal holiday, it goes out the next business day. Production runs Monday to Friday. Same-day shipping is not same-day delivery: standard transit is 2 to 5 business days, expedited is 1 to 3. Shipping is free on orders of $99 and up in the contiguous US. If you would rather collect it, pickup at the Huntington, NY facility is same business day after production, by appointment.
Puff, fauxbroidery and UV sit on a longer clock
Not everything ships same day. Fauxbroidery, which gives an embroidery look with no digitizing, runs 48 hours, as do raised UV patches, dimensional UV graphics, luxury branding transfers and hard-good branding components. Puff DTF and leatherette patches run 72 hours; puff carries a 10 unit minimum and leatherette is 10 per shape and color. UV DTF is $0.10 per square inch on 24 inch wide sheets and belongs on hard goods, so packaging, tumblers and display pieces. Die-cut vinyl stickers are $0.22 per square inch, which puts a 2 by 2 pack-in at $0.88. Standard DTF, UV DTF and gang sheets stay on the same-day schedule.
File prep, press numbers and the 50 wash spec
Send 300 DPI PNG files with a transparent background, sized at final print size. If a client sent the art back as a flattened JPG, the browser-based knockout tool on the site will pull the background before you upload. Press cotton at 300 to 325 F, polyester at 285 to 300 F, 10 to 15 seconds, medium-firm pressure. Applied to that spec, the transfer holds through 50 or more commercial wash cycles at 104 F. Pre-cut contour cutting is $0.29 per transfer if you want the film trimmed to the shape. Production defects are reprinted; report a defective or incorrect order within 7 days of delivery with photos.

- How many washes will the transfer survive on a retail piece?
- 50 or more commercial wash cycles at 104 F when pressed to spec: 300 to 325 F on cotton, 285 to 300 F on polyester, 10 to 15 seconds, medium-firm pressure. Production defects are reprinted. Report a defective or incorrect order within 7 days of delivery with photos.
