Press spec is 300 to 325 F for cotton, 285 to 300 F for polyester, 10 to 15 seconds at medium-firm pressure. Party blanks skew soft, so tri-blends and polyester go at the lower end of that range or you risk scorching and dye migration. Applied to spec, the print holds 50 or more commercial wash cycles at 104 F, which matters once a reunion shirt becomes a regular shirt. Send artwork as a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background at final print size.
