Cotton tees and hoodies take 300 to 325 F at the same dwell. Start at the low end of the range on thin performance fabric and press a spare panel before you touch a costume. Applied to spec, transfers hold 50 plus commercial wash cycles at 104 F. On high-stretch panels, keep marks smaller or break a wide graphic into segments so the print moves with the fabric instead of fighting it.
Roster names, gang sheets and where the money actually goes
DTF gang sheets are 14 inches wide and billed at $0.06 per square inch of sheet area, the same rate as individual transfers. A 14 by 24 sheet is $20.16 and a 14 by 36 is $30.24. Name strips at 6.5 by 1.5 inches sit two across (6.5 plus 0.25 spacing plus 6.5 equals 13.25 inches), and 24 names in 12 rows occupy about 20.75 inches of length. That fits a 14 by 24 with room left over. Those same 24 strips bought individually are $14.04, so the sheet premium is whitespace. Fill the leftover inches with sleeve marks and the difference disappears.

Raised UV patches at $0.65 per square inch, dimensional UV graphics at $0.10, luxury branding transfers and fauxbroidery run 48 hours. Leatherette patches and puff DTF run 72 hours, with puff at a 10 unit minimum and leatherette at 10 per shape and color. Glow in the dark DTF is $0.18 per square inch and die-cut vinyl stickers are $0.22. Pre-cut contour cutting is a $0.29 per transfer add-on. Plan those ahead of showcase week, not during it.
