Definition
Long Island DTF Printing operates on a 24-hour standard turnaround for all DTF, UV DTF, and specialty UV products. Orders submitted by 3 PM EST on a business day ship the next business day. VIP Priority members receive guaranteed same-day production for orders placed before the cutoff.
Standard Turnaround
24-hour turnaround on all standard products. Orders received before 3 PM EST Monday through Friday enter production that day and ship the next business day. Orders received after the cutoff or on weekends enter production the next business day.
Same-Day Production (VIP Priority)
VIP Priority Membership unlocks same-day production for orders placed before 3 PM EST. The order prints, QA passes, packs, and ships the same business day. The schedule applies to every product line in the catalog, including specialty UV.
Specialty UV Production Schedule
Raised UV patches, dimensional UV graphics, leatherette patches, luxury branding transfers, hard-good branding components, and fauxbroidery all run on the 24-hour standard schedule. There is no surcharge for specialty production. The same 3 PM EST cutoff applies, and VIP Priority same-day production covers the entire specialty UV catalog.
Gang Sheet Production Time
Manual and auto-build gang sheets follow the same 24-hour standard. The gang sheet builder finalizes the layout the moment you submit, so there is no separate layout-approval delay. Production begins on the next business day cycle once the order is paid and the file is locked.
Shipping Time (After Production)
Production turnaround and shipping transit are separate windows. The 24-hour clock covers print, QA, and packout. Transit begins the moment the carrier scans the package at handoff.

Production Calendar Notes
Federal holidays are observed. No production runs on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day. Orders queued during a holiday close enter production the next business day. Back-to-school (late July through early September) and the November through mid-December holiday window are our highest-volume periods. The 24-hour schedule holds, but file submission discipline matters more during these windows because the cutoff is enforced strictly.
How to Plan Around the Schedule

File Submission Cutoff Details
The cutoff is calculated from the moment the order is paid and the file is received. Both events must be complete before 3 PM EST for the order to enter that day's production window. Re-submitted files after the cutoff push the order to the next business day cycle, even if the original submission was on time. - If our QA flags a file issue we email you immediately with the exact correction needed. The production clock pauses until a corrected file is received. Re-submitted files received after the 3 PM EST cutoff push the order to the next business day cycle, so keeping a backup file ready avoids losing the same-day or 24-hour window.
- How long is shipping after production?
- Standard domestic shipping is 2 to 5 business days from the date the package ships. Transit time is separate from the 24-hour production window. Local pickup at our Huntington, NY facility is available by appointment for decorators who need to skip transit entirely.
- Do you offer rush production beyond same-day?
