Gang sheets when every stylist needs a different name
Gang sheets bill on sheet area, not on your art. A 14 by 24 inch sheet is 336 square inches at $0.06, which is $20.16 whether you fill it or leave it half empty. Packing is the whole game. A 3.5 inch logo needs 0.25 inch clearance, so three fit across the 14 inch width and six rows run down a 24 inch sheet: 18 chest logos on one sheet.
