You need 5 units of one design and 20 of another. You do not need to round up to a 50-unit minimum or pay setup fees. Standard DTF transfers are $0.06 per square inch of the design's bounding box, with no minimum order. This flexibility matters for manufacturers running multiple product lines or seasonal inventory. You order exactly what you need, when you need it, avoiding the overstock and dead inventory that comes with bulk minimums. Custom UV DTF requires a $35 minimum to cover setup, but standard DTF, UV DTF, and gang sheets start at any quantity.

A 10-inch by 8-inch design (80 square inches) costs $4.80 at $0.06 per square inch. That is the total, with no per-unit fees or shipping surprises at checkout. A gang sheet holds multiple different designs on a single 14-inch-wide sheet, printed together and cut apart after production. Each design requires 0.25 inches of spacing between them.
