Gang sheet or singles: run both numbers
Gang sheets are 14 inches wide and bill $0.06 per square inch of sheet area, at fixed lengths: 14x18 is $15.12, 14x36 is $30.24, 14x72 is $60.48. Minimum spacing between designs is 0.25 inch. On a 14x36, three 3.5 inch chest logos fit across and nine rows fit down, so 27 pieces for $30.24, about $1.12 each. Ordered as singles those same 27 run $19.85, because singles bill only the bounding box. The 3 PM Eastern cutoff against your shop calendar
Production runs Monday to Friday. An order placed by 3 PM Eastern on a business day ships that business day, every time, for every customer. It is the standard service, not an upgrade and not a fee. Poly runs cooler to limit scorch and dye migration, which is what turns a white print pink on a dark poly blend three days later. Applied to spec, the print holds 50+ commercial wash cycles at 104F. Production defects are reprinted; report a defective or incorrect order within 7 days of delivery with photos.
