Cotton presses at 300 to 325 F, polyester and poly blends at 285 to 300 F, both for 10 to 15 seconds at medium-firm pressure. Press one spare from each blank type first, especially anything someone brought from home. Applied to spec, transfers hold past 50 commercial wash cycles at 104 F.
