A DTF gang sheet is 14 inches wide and priced at $0.06 per square inch of sheet area, the same rate as an individual transfer. That matters. A 14x36 sheet is $30.24. Pack it with 3.5 inch square logos at the 0.25 inch minimum spacing and you get 3 across by 9 down, 27 logos, about $1.12 each. Ordered individually those same logos are $0.74. The difference is the empty margin you paid for. Gang sheets earn their keep on mixed art, not on one repeated crest: aprons, a back bar, a sleeve hit and four job-title blocks on one sheet you cut down yourself. Pressing aprons, tees and poly blends behind the line
Cotton tees press at 300 to 325 F, polyester and performance blends at 285 to 300 F, both for 10 to 15 seconds at medium-firm pressure. Drop the temperature on poly, not the time. Press on a flat panel clear of hardware. The specialty builds do not: raised UV patches at $0.65 each and fauxbroidery are 48 hours, and puff DTF and leatherette patches are 72 hours, because the cure and build stages are additive.
