Raised UV Patch
A heat-applied apparel patch decorated with layered UV cure passes to deliver embroidery-grade tactile height.
Definition
A raised UV patch is a heat-applied apparel patch produced by stacking and curing layers of UV acrylate ink on a patch substrate. The finished patch carries 0.5mm to 0.8mm of dimensional height with a smooth or textured top surface, depending on artwork. Raised UV patches replace embroidered patches in decorator workflows because they accept full-color photographic detail, gradients, and fine type that embroidery cannot reproduce. They apply with a heat press at 280 to 300 F for 15 seconds. No digitizing, no thread color limit, no setup fee. Sold per square inch at Long Island DTF Printing.
