DTF Transfers for East Farmingdale Gyms and Fitness Studios

Gyms and fitness studios reorder the same few pieces all year: staff shirts, challenge tees, front desk retail and bottle decals. This page covers what those runs cost at $0.06 per square inch, how to press them on performance poly, and how orders reach East Farmingdale in the Town of Babylon. Order by 3 PM Eastern on a business day and it ships that day.

The reorder cycle a studio actually runs on

Fitness merch is not one big order, it is four or five small ones. Staff shirts and polos with a left chest mark, restocked whenever someone new starts. Challenge or bootcamp tees, printed in one batch sized to whoever signed up. Front desk retail: tanks, crops and hoodies, usually a full front or a large back. Bottle and shaker decals in UV DTF. Then the one off, a member milestone shirt or a competition team run. Standard DTF has no minimum order, so a six piece staff top up is a real order, not a favor. You do not have to guess your January intake in October and eat the leftovers.

Per square inch math on gym apparel

Standard DTF is $0.06 per square inch of the design's bounding box, so pricing is arithmetic, not a quote. A 3.5 by 3.5 inch left chest logo is 12.25 square inches, about $0.74 per shirt. An 11 by 4 inch back wordmark is 44 square inches, $2.64. Put both on one staff shirt and the transfers cost $3.38. A 10 by 12 inch front for a challenge tee is 120 square inches, $7.20 each, so 40 tees is $288 in transfers. An 8 by 10 inch tank front is $4.80. UV DTF is $0.10 per square inch, so a 3 by 3 inch bottle decal is $0.90 and 50 bottles is $45.

When a gang sheet pays and when it does not

A DTF gang sheet is 14 inches wide, priced at $0.06 per square inch of sheet area, in fixed lengths: 14x18 at $15.12, 14x24 at $20.16, 14x36 at $30.24, 14x48 at $40.32, 14x54 at $45.36 and 14x72 at $60.48. You pay for the whole sheet, so a sheet only wins when you fill it. Eighteen 3.5 inch left chest logos fit a 14x24 at the 0.25 inch minimum spacing, three across and six down, and that sheet is $20.16 against $13.23 as individual transfers. Buy sheets when you want one roll to cut from all season with many different marks on it. Buy individual transfers when the run is a handful of one graphic.

Pressing performance poly without guessing

Studio apparel is mostly blends and performance polyester, and those are different presses. Cotton runs 300 to 325 F. Polyester runs 285 to 300 F, which is where most tanks, crops and moisture wicking tees live. Both at 10 to 15 seconds, medium firm pressure. Applied to spec the print holds 50+ commercial wash cycles at 104 F, which matters when a member wears the same tee to four classes a week. Send artwork as a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background at final print size. If your logo arrived as a JPG with a white box behind it, the background knockout tool on the site runs in the browser and fixes it before you upload.

Getting the order to East Farmingdale

East Farmingdale sits in the Town of Babylon in Suffolk County, and there is no drop off point there. The only LIDTF facility is 205 E Main St, Ste 2-1, Huntington, NY 11743. Three ways to receive an order. Ship it: free on orders $99 and up in the contiguous US, 2 to 5 business days standard transit, 1 to 3 expedited. Pick it up in Huntington the same business day production finishes, by appointment. Or take the $19.99 flat rate local courier option, available at checkout for eligible Long Island addresses. Shipping same day is not delivery same day. The carrier clock still runs after we hand the box over.

The 3 PM cutoff and planning a class launch

An order placed by 3 PM Eastern on a business day is printed, inspected, packed and handed to the carrier that same business day. That is the standard service, not a rush fee and not an upgrade. After 3 PM, or on a weekend or federal holiday, it ships the next business day, because production runs Monday to Friday. For a Saturday launch, order Monday or Tuesday and let standard transit run. Standard DTF, UV DTF and gang sheets are the same day products. Specialty UV is different: raised UV patches, dimensional UV graphics and fauxbroidery are 48 hours, leatherette patches and puff DTF are 72 hours. Who orders from East Farmingdale

Boutique studio owner ordering in small batches

You need 12 staff tees with a left chest and a back wordmark, then 30 challenge tees six weeks later. No minimum on standard DTF means each of those is a normal order rather than an overbuy.

Gym with rotating trainers and front desk staff

New hires land all year, so you press two or three shirts at a time from a stocked gang sheet. A 14x36 sheet at $30.24 holds a season of left chest marks and small sleeve hits.

Independent trainer building an apparel line

Small retail runs of tanks and hoodies, plus $0.10 per square inch UV DTF decals for shakers and bottles. Print to demand instead of holding inventory, and reorder only the sizes that actually sold.

Competition or lifting team with a fixed meet date

One graphic, one size, known headcount. A 10 by 12 inch back at $7.20 per transfer, ordered before the 3 PM Eastern cutoff, ships that business day with 2 to 5 day standard transit after that.

East Farmingdale questions

Can I get DTF transfers delivered to East Farmingdale the same day I order?
We ship same day, we do not deliver same day. An order placed by 3 PM Eastern on a business day is handed to the carrier that day, then standard transit takes 2 to 5 business days and expedited 1 to 3. For a faster handoff, book pickup in Huntington or check whether the $19.99 flat rate local courier option appears at checkout for your address.
What does a 40 shirt challenge tee run cost in transfers?
A 10 by 12 inch front is 120 square inches. At $0.06 per square inch that is $7.20 per transfer, so 40 of them is $288 before garments. Add a 3.5 by 3.5 inch left chest at $0.74 each if you are running two print locations. Orders $99 and up ship free in the contiguous US.
Is there a minimum order for gym staff shirts?
No minimum on standard DTF transfers, so a six piece staff top up is a normal order. Minimums exist elsewhere in the catalog: puff DTF is 10 units, custom UV DTF has a $35 order minimum, and leatherette patches are 10 per shape and color. Gang sheets are sold in fixed sheet sizes rather than by piece count.
What temperature do I press on polyester tanks and wicking tees?
Polyester presses at 285 to 300 F and cotton at 300 to 325 F, both for 10 to 15 seconds at medium firm pressure. Most performance tanks, crops and wicking tees belong in the polyester range. Pressed to spec the transfer holds 50+ commercial wash cycles at 104 F. Test one piece from a new garment lot before running the batch.
Do you have a shop or drop off point in East Farmingdale?
No. The only LIDTF facility is 205 E Main St, Ste 2-1, Huntington, NY 11743, and there is no drop off point in East Farmingdale or anywhere else in the Town of Babylon. Orders are placed online and then shipped, picked up in Huntington by appointment, or sent with the $19.99 local courier option when it is offered at checkout.
