Put every sponsor logo in one artwork file

Twelve sponsors do not need twelve transfers. Lay all twelve marks into a single back panel and you pay for one bounding box. Twelve separate 3x2 logos are 6 square inches each, $0.36 apiece, $4.32 total, and twelve presses per shirt. The same twelve arranged into an 11x6 block is $3.96 and one press. Across 150 shirts that is 1,650 press cycles you never run. It also fixes alignment, because the sponsors sit where you designed them rather than where a volunteer eyeballed them at 7 AM. Export the block as a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background at final print size.

The late sponsor, and the 3 PM Eastern cutoff

Sponsorship money arrives last. A donor confirms Tuesday for a Saturday walk and suddenly the back panel is wrong. Standard DTF is a same-day product for every customer: place the corrected order by 3 PM Eastern on a business day and it is printed, inspected, packed and handed to the carrier that same business day. There is no rush fee, because there is no rush tier. After 3 PM, or on a weekend or federal holiday, it ships the next business day. Production runs Monday to Friday. Same-day shipping is not same-day delivery: transit is 2 to 5 business days standard, 1 to 3 expedited.

Gang sheets versus individual transfers for a fundraiser

DTF gang sheets are 14 inches wide at the same $0.06 per square inch, but charged on sheet area rather than on your artwork. A 14x36 is $30.24, a 14x72 is $60.48, and minimum spacing between designs is 0.25 inch. That means you pay for the gaps. For one design repeated 150 times, individual transfers are cheaper, because you only pay the bounding box. Gang sheets win when the artwork is varied: a dozen different sponsor marks, year tags, team names, volunteer titles, all on one sheet you cut down yourself. Pressing on the shirts fundraisers actually buy

Walk and run shirts are frequently moisture-wicking polyester rather than cotton, and the setting is different. Polyester runs 285 to 300 F. Cotton and cotton blends run 300 to 325 F. Both want 10 to 15 seconds at medium-firm pressure. Test one shirt out of the actual case you bought before you press 150, because scorch and dye migration show up on the garment, not on the transfer. Applied to spec, the print holds 50 or more commercial wash cycles at 104 F, which matters once an event shirt becomes somebody's regular weekend shirt for the next two years.
