Price follows the bounding box, not the ink coverage. A 3 x 3 inch crest is 9 square inches, $0.54. A 3.5 x 3.5 is 12.25 square inches, $0.74. A 4 x 4 is $0.96. An 8 x 10 tote panel is 80 square inches, $4.80. A 10 x 12 front is 120 square inches, $7.20. A 12 x 16 oversized back is 192 square inches, $11.52. Because the box is what gets measured, a tall narrow graphic such as a rope-and-anchor column costs less than the same artwork padded out into a square layout. Trim the transparent margin in your PNG before uploading and the price drops with it.
