Gang sheet or individual transfers for a mid season restock
Gang sheets are $0.06 per square inch of sheet area, which means you also pay for the whitespace. A 14 by 36 sheet is $30.24. Pack it with 3.5 inch left chests at the 0.25 inch minimum spacing and you fit 3 across by 9 down, 27 pieces, about $1.12 each. Ordered as individual transfers those same 27 come to $19.85. Two press temperatures when poly polos and cotton tees share a run
Dock and deck staff usually end up in polyester performance polos while the retail rack is cotton, and those are two different settings. Polyester presses at 285 to 300 F. Cotton presses at 300 to 325 F. Both run 10 to 15 seconds at medium firm pressure. Set the press for one fabric, run that entire batch, then change it. Alternating piece by piece is how a polo gets scorched or how dye migrates into a white print. The durability figure we publish is 50 or more commercial wash cycles at 104 F when applied to spec. If your volume lands on weekends, count stock Thursday morning and place the order before 3 PM Thursday. Expedited transit is 1 to 3 business days when the calendar is working against you.

Specialty items run longer: raised UV patches and dimensional UV graphics are 48 hours, leatherette patches and puff DTF are 72 hours.
- What artwork do you need from me?
- A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background, sized to the final print dimensions. If your logo came back from a designer sitting on a white square, run it through the free background knockout tool on our site first. Pricing follows the bounding box, so crop the empty space before you upload.
