Add a 4 by 1.25 name strip at $0.30 each and it is $306.72. That clears the $99 free shipping threshold on the contiguous US several times over.
When a gang sheet beats single transfers, and when it does not
Gang sheets are 14 inches wide and priced at $0.06 per square inch of sheet area, with a minimum 0.25 inch gap between designs. That gap is real estate you pay for. Three 4 inch chest logos fit across the 14 inch width, and a 14 by 72 sheet at $60.48 holds roughly 48 of them, about $1.26 each against $0.96 as single transfers. The trade is a single file you cut down on your own bench. A 12 inch back print is different: only one fits per row, so order those as individual transfers and gang the chest logos and name strips.
Press settings for hi-vis polyester and cotton duck
Two very different fabrics end up on the same job. Polyester hi-vis presses at 285 to 300 F, cotton tees, hoodies and duck canvas at 300 to 325 F, both 10 to 15 seconds at medium-firm pressure. Run one test piece on a bright poly blank before you commit a case of them, since high heat can pull dye out of the fabric and into a light-colored print. On jackets, press the flat panel and keep the platen off zippers, pocket flaps and seams. Never press over reflective tape. Applied to spec, transfers hold up past 50 commercial wash cycles at 104 F.
The 3 PM cutoff, and how the box reaches the job
Same-day shipping is the standard service here, not an upgrade or a rush fee. An order placed by 3 PM Eastern on a business day is printed, inspected, packed and handed to the carrier that same business day. After 3 PM, or on a weekend or federal holiday, it goes out the next business day, since production runs Monday to Friday. There is no minimum on standard DTF, which matters more in the trades than anywhere else. A crew grows by one in the middle of a season and you need exactly one back print and one chest logo, $8.22 worth of transfer, not a 12 piece reorder. The same applies to a helper who tears a sleeve on a Tuesday. Keep the artwork as a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background at final print size and it is reusable forever: the spring hi-vis run, the fall hoodie run and the one-off replacement all come off the same file.

- Is there a minimum order for contractor shirts?
- No minimum on standard DTF transfers, so a single back print for one new hire is a valid order. Minimums exist elsewhere in the catalog: puff DTF is 10 units, leatherette patches are 10 per shape and color, and custom UV DTF carries a $35 order minimum. Standard DTF, UV DTF and gang sheets have none.
- Will the print survive the way work shirts get washed?
- Applied per press spec, transfers hold past 50 commercial wash cycles at 104 F. That is a hot-water commercial cycle, not an industrial laundry running higher temperatures with heavy chemistry. If your shirts go through a uniform service, ask what temperature and bleach they use before committing to a large run.
- If I order Friday afternoon, when does it ship?
- The cutoff is 3 PM Eastern on a business day. An order placed Friday at 2 PM is handed to the carrier Friday. An order placed Friday at 4 PM ships Monday, because production runs Monday to Friday. Weekend and federal holiday orders ship the next business day. Transit time is separate.
