Youth and adult sizes off one artwork file

Most school orders are two print sizes from one file. Youth fronts land around 7.5 by 9 inches, which is 67.5 square inches and $4.05. Adult fronts run about 11 by 13 inches, which is 143 square inches and $8.58. Order them as two line items rather than pressing an adult size onto a youth small, where the art crowds the side seams. Left chest logos are the cheapest thing you will buy: 3.5 by 3.5 inches is 12.25 square inches, or $0.74 each. Supply one 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background, built at the larger of your two final sizes, and we scale down from there.

Gang sheet or individual transfers for name and number backs

Both products bill at $0.06 per square inch. Individual transfers are measured on the bounding box. Gang sheets are measured on the whole sheet, so a 14 by 72 inch sheet is $60.48 whether you fill it or not. Sixty player names at 8 by 2 inches are 16 square inches each, $0.96 apiece, $57.60 as individual transfers.
