DTF Transfers for Bethpage, NY Landscaping, Marine and Outdoor Crews

If you run landscaping, marine or outdoor service work out of Bethpage, your shirts take salt, sun, clay and a weekly shop wash. We print DTF transfers at $0.06 per square inch of bounding box with no minimum order. An order placed by 3 PM Eastern on a business day is handed to the carrier that same day.

What an outdoor crew actually orders, and what it costs

A landscape or marine crew usually needs two placements per shirt: a left chest mark and a back panel big enough to read from a driveway or a dock. Standard DTF is $0.06 per square inch of the design's bounding box, with no minimum. A 3.5 by 3 inch chest logo is 10.5 square inches, so $0.63. An 11 by 9 inch back panel is 99 square inches, so $5.94. That is $6.57 of transfer per shirt. Outfit a 12 person crew and you are at $78.84. Add a second crew, or sleeve marks at 3 by 3 inches ($0.54 each), and you clear the $99 free shipping line.

Hi-vis and poly: press cooler, press firm

Safety green and safety orange shirts are almost always polyester, and polyester is the fabric that punishes a hot press. Run poly at 285 to 300 F, 10 to 15 seconds, medium-firm pressure. Cotton tees and cotton-heavy hoodies take 300 to 325 F at the same dwell and pressure. Applied to spec, transfers hold 50+ commercial wash cycles at 104 F, which matters when shirts go through a shop washer every week loaded with clay, salt and two-cycle oil. If one design has to go on both cotton tees and poly hi-vis, order one file and change only the temperature at the press.

Gang sheets on a 14 inch roll: when the maths works

DTF gang sheets are 14 inches wide and priced at $0.06 per square inch of sheet area, the same rate as an individual transfer. A 14 by 36 sheet is $30.24, a 14 by 48 is $40.32, a 14 by 72 is $60.48. Because the rate is identical, a sheet does not undercut individual transfers: it ties when you fill it and loses when you leave gaps. Keep at least 0.25 inch between designs. What a sheet really buys you is handling, one file and one roll instead of forty loose transfers to sort by size. Use the auto-build packer to check fill before you pay.

Hard goods: UV DTF for tumblers, coolers and helm panels

Outdoor and marine work has as many hard surfaces as shirts. UV DTF transfers are $0.10 per square inch and apply without heat, so they suit tumblers, cooler lids, tackle and tool boxes, helm panels, dock boxes and fiberglass. A 4 by 4 inch mark is 16 square inches, so $1.60, and 24 of them is $38.40. UV DTF gang sheets run 24 inches wide. Watch the timing difference when you plan a run: standard DTF, UV DTF and gang sheets are same-day products, while raised UV patches ($0.65 per square inch) and dimensional UV graphics ($0.10) are 48 hours, and leatherette patches are 72.

The 3 PM cutoff and the three ways it reaches Bethpage

Production runs Monday to Friday. An order placed by 3 PM Eastern on a business day is printed, inspected, packed and handed to the carrier that same business day. That is the standard service, not an upgrade and not a fee. After 3 PM, or on a weekend or federal holiday, it ships the next business day. Shipping same day is not delivery same day: standard transit is 2 to 5 business days, expedited is 1 to 3, free over $99 in the contiguous US. Bethpage sits in Nassau County, so pickup at our Huntington facility by appointment is one option, and a $19.99 flat-rate local courier option appears at checkout for eligible Long Island addresses.

Artwork from a sign shop, a truck wrap or a business card

Trade logos arrive in rough shape more often than not: a JPG pulled off a truck wrap proof, a screenshot from a sign shop, a business card scan with a white box behind it. What presses cleanly is a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background, sized at final print size. If your file has a white rectangle around it, run it through the browser-based background knockout tool before uploading. Hairline linework and 6 point phone numbers are the first things to disappear on a back panel read from the curb, so scale the text up instead of squeezing a full service list into 11 inches. The pricing calculator gives exact cost once the bounding box is set.

Who orders from Bethpage

Landscape and lawn maintenance crews

Spring staff-up means shirts and hoodies on short notice. Chest plus back panel runs about $6.57 per shirt at typical sizes, and with no minimum you can print five for a new hire instead of buying a case of 48.

Marine services, boatyards and dock builders

Salt and sun are hard on printed work. Order cotton tees, poly hi-vis and UV DTF for hard goods in one checkout, then press each at its own temperature from a single set of files.

Tree, fence, paving and excavation contractors

Back panels that read from the curb, sleeve marks carrying the phone number, and die-cut vinyl stickers at $0.22 per square inch for hard hats, gates, trailers and equipment cases.

Pool, irrigation and outdoor living installers

Seasonal crews change size every year. No minimum on standard DTF means a mid-season reorder of three transfers costs three transfers, and an order in by 3 PM Eastern ships the same business day.

Bethpage questions

Can I get crew shirts printed same day for a Bethpage landscaping company?
We ship same day, we do not deliver same day. An order placed by 3 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, is printed, inspected, packed and handed to the carrier that business day, and that is standard for every customer. Transit is separate: 2 to 5 business days standard, 1 to 3 expedited. Huntington pickup by appointment is the fastest route.
What does a full back logo cost for a 12 person crew?
At $0.06 per square inch of the bounding box, an 11 by 9 inch back panel is 99 square inches, so $5.94 each. Twelve of them is $71.28. Add a 3.5 by 3 inch chest logo at $0.63 each and the crew comes to $78.84 in transfers, with no minimum order required.
What temperature do I press onto hi-vis polyester work shirts?
285 to 300 F for polyester, 10 to 15 seconds, medium-firm pressure. Cotton runs hotter at 300 to 325 F with the same dwell and pressure. Pressed to spec, transfers hold 50+ commercial wash cycles at 104 F. Press one test shirt from each blank lot before you run a whole crew order.
Can I pick up in person instead of shipping to Bethpage?
Yes. Our only location is 205 E Main St, Ste 2-1, Huntington, NY 11743, and pickup is available the same business day after production, by appointment. There is no storefront or drop-off point in Bethpage. A $19.99 flat-rate local courier option also appears at checkout for eligible Long Island addresses.
Is a gang sheet cheaper than ordering transfers one at a time?
Not automatically. Both are $0.06 per square inch, but a gang sheet charges for the whole sheet, so a 14 by 36 at $30.24 costs the same whether it is packed tight or half empty. Fill it and you break even while getting one roll instead of loose pieces. Keep 0.25 inch spacing between designs.
