DTF Transfers in Levittown, NY for Youth Leagues and Fundraisers
Levittown teams and fundraiser committees run on short notice: rosters close late, a design gets approved the night before, and someone still needs shirts for the weekend. We print DTF transfers at $0.06 per square inch with no minimum, and any order placed by 3 PM Eastern on a business day is handed to the carrier that same day.
Rosters finalize late, which is why the 3 PM cutoff matters
Registration closes, a roster gets finalized, and a week later two more kids sign up. That is the normal rhythm for a league season, and it is the reason the cutoff matters more than any other number on this page. Place an order by 3 PM Eastern on a business day and it is printed, inspected, packed and handed to the carrier that same business day. After 3 PM, or on a weekend or federal holiday, it ships the next business day. Production runs Monday through Friday. Same-day shipping is not same-day delivery: standard transit is 2 to 5 business days, expedited is 1 to 3. Count backward from opening day, not forward from the order.
What a 12-player roster actually costs at $0.06 per square inch
Take one team of twelve. A 3.5 by 3.5 inch left-chest crest is 12.25 square inches, so twelve of them is 147 square inches, or $8.82. An 8 inch tall by 6 inch wide back number is 48 square inches, so twelve is 576 square inches, or $34.56. That team lands at $43.38 in transfers. Four teams in the same league is $173.52, which clears the $99 free shipping threshold on its own. There is no minimum on standard DTF, so the kid who registers on Friday costs $2.88 for a number, not a whole new order.
Fundraiser runs: one design, one hard date, one line of math
A fundraiser shirt run is usually one approved design, a lot of shirts, and a date nobody can move. Price it off the bounding box. A 10 by 8 inch front print is 80 square inches, which is $4.80 per transfer. Sixty shirts is $288.00. Add pre-cut contour cutting at $0.29 per transfer if volunteers are doing the pressing and you want nothing to weed or trim at the table, and that run becomes $305.40. Free shipping at $99 and up in the contiguous US already covers it. Order a few spares. At under five dollars each, a spare is cheaper than a second order.
When a gang sheet beats single transfers, and when it loses
DTF gang sheets are 14 inches wide at $0.06 per square inch of sheet area, in fixed lengths: 14x18 is $15.12, 14x36 is $30.24, 14x48 is $40.32, 14x72 is $60.48. The difference is what gets billed. Single transfers bill your art's bounding box, so a repeated number is usually cheaper bought singly. A sheet bills the whole rectangle, waste included, so it wins on mixed art: crests, numbers, sponsor blocks, a date panel for a family event, all on one sheet you cut yourself. Keep 0.25 inch between designs. If your required art fills 540 of a 14x48 sheet's 672 square inches, 132 square inches are already paid for. Put spares there. The auto-build packer shows the fill before you buy.
Pressing onto mesh jerseys versus cotton fundraiser tees
Youth jerseys are often 100 percent polyester mesh and fundraiser tees are usually cotton, and the two do not want the same press. Cotton takes 300 to 325 F. Polyester takes 285 to 300 F, because the top of the cotton range risks scorching and dye migration. Both run 10 to 15 seconds at medium-firm pressure. Applied to spec, the print survives 50 or more commercial wash cycles at 104 F. Send artwork as a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background at final print size. If a parent sent the logo as a JPG sitting on a white box, run it through the free background knockout tool on the site first.
Getting it to Levittown: ship, pick up, or local courier
Three ways it reaches you. Ship it: free at $99 and up in the contiguous US, 2 to 5 business days standard, 1 to 3 expedited. Pick it up: our only location is 205 E Main St, Ste 2-1, Huntington, NY 11743, and pickup is available the same business day after production, by appointment. Or take the local option: a $19.99 flat-rate same-day local courier appears at checkout for eligible Long Island addresses, so check your address at checkout rather than assuming. We have no drop-off point in Levittown. For a Friday night deadline, pickup and the courier option are the two that take transit out of the equation.
Who orders from Levittown
League equipment coordinators
You are buying for four or six teams at once, on a date the league set rather than you. Order per-player transfers priced off the bounding box, add spares for late registrations, and press as jerseys arrive.
Fundraiser and event committees
One approved design, one large run, and a folding table to work at. Pre-cut contour cutting at $0.29 per transfer means no weeding and no trimming, so volunteers only line up the transfer and press it.
Parents and coaches pressing at home
No minimum on standard DTF means a single 8 by 6 inch back number for $2.88 is a real order. Useful when one jersey gets replaced mid-season and the rest of the set is long finished.
Shops quoting local league work
You need a landed cost before you commit to a price. The per-square-inch calculator, the gang sheet builder and the auto-build packer give you the sheet fill and the number before the order exists.
Levittown questions
- Can I get transfers in time for a Saturday opening day in Levittown?
- Order by 3 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, and it ships that same business day. Transit is separate: 2 to 5 business days standard, 1 to 3 expedited. For a Saturday date that means ordering early in the week, choosing expedited, or using pickup at our Huntington facility, available the same business day after production, by appointment.
- Is there a minimum order if two more kids sign up after I already ordered?
- No minimum on standard DTF transfers. One 8 by 6 inch back number is 48 square inches, which is $2.88, and it runs on the same 3 PM Eastern schedule as a large team order. Minimums do exist elsewhere in the catalog: puff DTF is 10 units, custom UV DTF has a $35 order minimum, and leatherette patches are 10 per shape and color.
- Will numbers stay on polyester mesh jerseys through a full season of washing?
- Press polyester at 285 to 300 F for 10 to 15 seconds at medium-firm pressure. Cotton runs hotter, 300 to 325 F. Applied to spec, DTF holds 50 or more commercial wash cycles at 104 F. Tell parents to wash inside out and skip the hottest dryer setting, and a season sits well inside that range.
- Gang sheet or individual transfers for 48 identical back numbers?
- Individual, usually. Single transfers are priced on your design's bounding box, so 48 numbers at 8 by 6 inches is 2,304 square inches, or $138.24, with no paid-for waste. A 14 inch wide gang sheet is billed on the whole rectangle, so repeating one shape leaves gaps you paid for. Sheets win when the art is mixed sizes.
- Do you deliver to Levittown, or do I have to drive to Huntington?
- Both are options. Shipping is free at $99 and up in the contiguous US. A $19.99 flat-rate same-day local courier appears at checkout for eligible Long Island addresses, so enter your address and see what comes up. Pickup at 205 E Main St, Ste 2-1 in Huntington is available the same business day after production, by appointment. We have no location in Levittown.
