DTF gang sheets are 14 inches wide at the same $0.06 per square inch, except you pay for sheet area, gaps included. A 14 by 36 is $30.24 for 504 square inches. Minimum spacing is 0.25 inch, so 4 by 4 left chests sit on a 4.25 inch pitch: three across, eight down, 24 transfers at $1.26 each. Priced individually those same 24 are $0.96 each, because you only pay the bounding box. The sheet wins when you want one piece to cut down yourself, or when the art nests tightly. An 11 inch wide front leaves a 2.75 inch column beside it. Fill it with 2.5 inch sleeve hits.
The Monday restock, the 3 PM cutoff and what actually lands
Order Monday by 3 PM Eastern and the box is with the carrier Monday. Standard transit is 2 to 5 business days, so it can land Wednesday and it can land the following Monday. Plan for the full window. Expedited is 1 to 3 business days when a design sold out and you need it pressed by Saturday. Orders placed after 3 PM, or on a weekend or federal holiday, ship the next business day, and production runs Monday to Friday. Same-day shipping is the standard service on every order, not a rush fee and not an upgrade. It is not same-day delivery: the carrier still needs its days.
Getting the box: free shipping, Huntington pickup, local courier
Three ways to take delivery. Shipping is free on orders $99 and up in the contiguous US, which a full booth restock usually clears. Local pickup is the same business day after production, by appointment, at 205 E Main St, Ste 2-1, Huntington NY 11743, which is our only location. A $19.99 flat-rate same-day local courier option is available at checkout for eligible Long Island addresses, so enter your address and see whether it appears before you count on it. If the weekend is tight, pickup takes transit out of the equation completely.
Pressing booth stock: tees, totes and aprons
Cotton tees and canvas totes press at 300 to 325 F. Polyester and poly blends go 285 to 300 F. Ten to fifteen seconds, medium-firm pressure, every time. Applied to spec the print holds 50-plus commercial wash cycles at 104 F, which matters when somebody wears a market purchase every week. Press the small stuff in batches while the platen is already at temperature. Aprons, thick canvas and heavy seams need the pressure rechecked after the first piece, because a loose platen reads as a weak print and the film is rarely the problem.
Hand-drawn art, knockouts and the free layout tools
Send 300 DPI PNG files with a transparent background, sized at final print size. Die-cut vinyl stickers are $0.22 per square inch, so a 3 by 3 is $1.98. They sit well beside apparel and give a shopper a low-price option when they will not commit to a shirt.

- It depends on the day you order and the shipping option you pick. An order in by 3 PM Eastern on a business day goes to the carrier that day, but standard transit is 2 to 5 business days and expedited is 1 to 3. For a Saturday table, ordering Monday or Tuesday is the safe play. Pickup in Huntington is same business day after production, by appointment.

- What about foil, glow and puff for a holiday table?
- Glow in the dark DTF is $0.18 per square inch, and gold and silver foil DTF are available. Those run on standard turnaround. The specialty UV products take longer because the cure and build stages are additive: fauxbroidery and raised UV patches are 48 hours, puff DTF and leatherette patches are 72 hours. Puff has a 10 unit minimum.
