Orders after 3 PM, or on weekends and federal holidays, ship the next business day. Shipping itself takes 2 to 5 business days standard, or 1 to 3 expedited, so plan accordingly for game deadlines.
Pricing the Cost Per Transfer
DTF transfers cost $0.06 per square inch of the design's bounding box. To calculate your cost, measure or estimate your design's width and height in inches, multiply them together, and multiply by $0.06. There is no order minimum, so you can print 2 transfers or 200. Orders $99 and above qualify for free shipping to the contiguous US. If you have multiple designs for different groups or roster levels, gang sheets let you fit several designs on one sheet and share the area cost across all of them, which can reduce the per-design price.
Gang Sheets for Multiple Designs
A gang sheet is 14 inches wide. You choose the length: 14x18 costs $15.12, 14x24 is $20.16, 14x36 runs $30.24, and so on up to 14x72 at $60.48. Pack as many different designs as you need onto the sheet with at least 0.25 inch spacing between them, and the total area cost is split across all designs. This method saves money when you have home and away sets, different team divisions, or varying grade levels all printing in the same order. You design the layout, or use the gang sheet builder on the site to arrange it visually.
Durability Through a Full Season
These transfers hold up to 50 or more commercial wash cycles at 104F when applied at the correct press settings: 300 to 325 F for cotton, 285 to 300 F for polyester, 10 to 15 seconds, medium-firm pressure. That covers weekly game-day washing, practice gear, and road trips. If a transfer peels or washes out before season's end, report it with photos within 7 days of delivery and production defects are reprinted at no charge.

Artwork Setup
Prepare artwork as a 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background at your final print size. If you are working from a design tool that exports at screen resolution, scale it up to 300 DPI and crop to the bounding box of the design itself. This ensures the transfer prints crisp and the square-inch count is accurate. Upload the file with your order and choose whether you want pre-cut contour cutting (an extra $0.29 per transfer) to trim around the design, or leave that to yourself.
